Amazing healing and anti-inflammatory properties with the added bonus of tasting utterly delicious.
This is also a great alternative if you are trying to reduce your caffeine intake.
Adding 1/2 tsp of coconut oil adds a touch of healthy fat and makes the turmeric more available for our bodies to absorb because it is fat soluble.
Step 1
Heat the milk in a small saucepan with the spices and allow to infuse for 5 minutes
Step 2
Depending on how sweet you like it add as much or as little sweetener as you like. We use maple syrup, but you can use honey, agave, sugar or sweetener here.

200ml Dairy Free milk (Georgia feel’s that oat milk works best)
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 ground ginger
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp sweeter of choice: We use Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp coconut oil
